Cancellation Policy

Featured Sessions - Payment, Refund & Liability Policy Featured Sessions are offered as short-term programs with limited enrollment. Registration reserves your space in the class; therefore, all fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. Missed classes due to participant absence cannot be refunded, credited, or made up. If The Academy of Expressive Dance cancels a class due to instructor illness, inclement weather, or other unforeseen circumstances, a make-up class will be scheduled whenever possible. If a make-up class cannot be offered, a credit will be applied to your Academy account. Participation in dance, fitness, art, and recreational activities involves inherent risks. By registering, you acknowledge that you (or your child) are physically able to participate and voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation. You agree to release and hold harmless The Academy of Expressive Dance, its owner, employees, volunteers, and representatives from any claims arising from participation, except where caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct. In the event of a medical emergency, you authorize The Academy to seek emergency medical treatment if you cannot be reached immediately. Any related medical expenses remain the responsibility of the participant or parent/guardian. The Academy of Expressive Dance is committed to providing a safe, kind, and respectful environment where everyBODY sparkles. The Academy reserves the right to dismiss any participant whose behaviour or repeated disregard for Academy policies or values negatively impacts the experience of others. Dismissal may occur without refund.
