Here is the fun easy combo I taught this morning that helps drill basics. Make sure to do it on BOTH sides! 🙂 Starting Right side: Step touch with shoulder rolls 4 times forward and then backwards ... 1 time each Repeat with 2 times fwd & bk.... 4 times Grapevine to R with 1 clap high Grapevine L with 2 quick claps low Repeat (total 4 times) Grapevine R clap high, turn to L 2 claps low-- repeat Lindy 4 times (get creative with your arms) Kick ball change slowly 2 times, then up to speed 4 times, then 4 turning in a circle Step R foot back into jazz 4th, 3 little pliés, come up to a strong retiré... 2 times Repeat, but with a strong relevé (can do a pirouette) 4 jazz squares, step L over R to begin (get creative with your arms) Pas de Boureé 4 times slow to get the footwork, then up to speed 8 times with arms Then start everything on the LEFT and reverse it.
