Hi Everyone :). I'm sharing my dance goals here to keep myself accountable. My goals are to hold a developpe out to the side and balance in demi pointe for 10 seconds, hold a releve retire for 10 seconds and get my developpe height above 90 degrees front, back and side. Oh and...get my splits back :) . I'll be posting my progress here, on my instagram page and on my facebook page (both @audmovesphysio) :).
